Cancellation & Refund Policy – Udaan Vidyapeeth

1. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription or booking up to 24 hours before the session begins.

No cancellations will be accepted post-deadline, and the fee will be forfeited.

2. Refunds

Refunds are available only in cases of:

• Duplicate payments
• Technical payment errors (no course access)

All refund requests must be emailed to our support team with payment proof.

Eligible refunds will be processed within 7–15 business days.

3. Non-Refundable Cases

No refunds will be provided for the following cases:

• Change of mind or disinterest after course access
• Failure to attend a booked session
• Offline or unauthorized payments
